Wide Warehouse Scheduler - Picking Slips (v2.8)

The statuses of picking slips and the colours in which they are displayed are explained in the Warehouse Scheduler topic, "Picking Slip Statuses (v2.8)".

Technical Tip Picking slips are only displayed in their status colours if your company is uses supply chain procurement. For more information, refer to "Edit - Program - Supply Chain Config (v2.8)".

To view or change the status of a picking slip:

1. Open the Wide Warehouse Scheduler screen.

Micronet displays the Wide Warehouse Scheduler - Picking Slips tab.

2. If required, you can filter the picking slips displayed using the Warehouse View, Courier View, Filter by Status and Filter by KPI's fields at the top of the screen.

3. The row of fields above the filter fields show the total number of picking slips displayed, as well as the number of slips in each status as follows:

• Total - the total number of paperless and printed picking slips for the selected warehouse(s)
• On PDA - the number of picking slips currently downloaded to PDAs and being picked
• Queued - the number of picking slips in a Paperless Queue status waiting to be picked
• Completed - the number of picking slips that have been picked, posted back to Micronet and are waiting to be invoiced
• Held - the number of picking slips in a Paperless Held or Edited status
• Slips - the number of traditional Micronet picking slips that require printing out and manual picking as opposed to paperless picking slips.

You can select the button for any of these fields to display a Details screen that only displays the slips in the selected status. All other details displayed on that screen are the same as those shown on the Picking Slips tab.

Technical Tip In all other respects, the Picking Slips tab on the Wide Warehouse Scheduler is exactly the same as in the Warehouse Scheduler.
